"To Whom it May Concern:
I'm very fortunate to have Community Action help me with my heating and cooling by installing a heat pump. It has made a world of difference. My house is nice and warm in the winter and nice and cool in the summer. My old unit just didn't do the job, and my electric bill was so high. But with this new heat pump, my electric bill dropped a great deal. It was a struggle trying to pay bills on a disability check. Without this program, I could have never afforded to get a new heat pump. I would like to mention the people that worked to make this happen were wonderful and so helpful - from the office to the gentlemen that installed the heat pump. This program is wonderful. I'm so grateful to all. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
