Our Agency's Board of Trustees is composed of representatives from three areas of the community: One-third are from low-income neighborhoods; one-third are public officials or their designees; and one-third are from the business sector.

*There is no limitation on length of tenure for elected or appointed public officials. In compliance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the Corporation all subsequent appointments will be for five (5) years.

*Board Meetings are held the second Thursday of every month at 5:00 at our central building located at 118 S. New York Avenue Wellston, OH 45692 (unless otherwise documented).  Board Meetings are open to the general public.
