Jackson-Vinton Community Action, Inc. in conjunction with the Ohio Children’s Trust Fund are proud to offer a new program called the Early Childhood Safety Initiative. This program will allow us to assist low-income residents of Jackson and Vinton Counties. This one-time assistance can help provide qualifying families with necessary child safety items, up to the maximum amount of $400.00 through December 31, 2022.
