Transportation

The Transportation Program is utilized by both Jackson and Vinton County residents. These residents are transported to medical clinics, hospitals and mental health clinics to access needed services.

We also transport to training and education sites that is required by the Ohio Works First program to fulfill benefit requirements.

We also offer an employment transportation program, titled JARC (Job Access/Reverse Commute) that provides transportation to and from work should the participant not have access to their own transportation.  This temporary assistance is for a limited time in order to give the participant sufficient time to get established in their job, obtain a vehicle or enter into a carpool.
